Change Language in Windows 7
If you have installed a couple of languages, you can switch between these installed languages and its very simple :1. Type Region and language or intl.cpl in Strat menu search box and then hit enter.
2. In the Region and Language box, click to Keyboard and Languages tab.
3. Herw yor will see all the languages that you have installed.
Select the language in the drop down list ->
click Apply button to switch from the current language.
